Dr. Toman removed a bone spur on my right shoulder and repaired a torn rotator cuff. He did a very good job. He later had to go back in an repair a small tear that didn’t heal completely. Could have been from me over working the shoulder. I used him for the second surgery because I knew he was good. Shoulder is now on it’s way to a full recovery.
